M3GAN is already an icon. Could existing AI turn her into reality?

Mechanically, technology hasn't advanced enough to make M3GAN practical, according to Palmer and Wilson.

It is currently not feasible to create a bipedal robot that can conduct TikTok dances flawlessly,

sprint and flip with ease, and kill humans who pose a threat.

Perhaps you've heard of Boston Dynamics, a company whose four-legged robots can carry heavy objects

walk with some ease (and which served as the inspiration for a "Black Mirror" episode

"Black Mirror" episode about a man versus machine conflict). Both Wilson and Palmer cited this business as a pioneer

in the robotics field, with fully mobile bots already in use in the construction

It hasn't even produced a robot.
