1. Should the candidate will be hired straight away for the post of teacher after clearing the exam?
This is not an exam for job hiring. it’s a qualification exam for the post of teacher. Generally, it is believed that if a candidate has TET exam certification of Qualification, and if any hiring is open for the teacher’s post, certified candidates are eligible for the application. There are two criteria for the teachers hiring exam. 1. TET mark based which will be taken in the action for making final merit. 2. Written exam: this will be taken alongside 1st criteria obtained by the applicants.
2. Can a candidate reply for the exam next year if the candidate is not satisfied with the result of whatever gains?
Definitely, the candidate can reapply for the examination. If the candidate has scored at least qualified marks, they also can apply. As the process of hiring is depended on the merit list and the merit list is made with two methods.
One TET exam mark and Two Written exam marks. Candidates need to focus on written exams and get good scores in them if they have more than qualified marks in TET exams.
